A Posture Perfector is used to help correct and maintains your posture throughout the day. Made of elastic tubing, it is placed over each shoulder and connects between the shoulder blades. It helps to ensure and remind you to keep your shoulders back to avoid slouching and helps to improve your posture when your body starts to slouch. Your Physiotherapist may prescribe this easy to use the device for a certain length of time each day to help your body learn correct posture.
